Jack is a tax planner focused on equity and executive compensation. Clients include employees and executives seeking actionable ways to extract the most value from their equity awards. Immediately prior to Allegoriq, Jack’s title was Equity Compensation Specialist and Senior Associate at a tax planning boutique.
Jack graduated with a JD in 2014 from the ASU College of Law. While completing his legal studies, he held a research assistantship with a professor of tax law, and positions at a national constitutional law firm, a tax law firm, and the in-house legal department of an international consumer products company. He studied philosophy and economics at The College of New Jersey, and graduated Magna cum Laude as the sole recipient of the philosophy department’s faculty award.
During college and law school, Jack ran a college admissions advisory service, which provided an entry point for his work in private client services. He remains passionate about mentoring high school students, particularly those with an interest in STEM.
Jack is admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent. Jack does not provide legal advice through Allegoriq, but does provide tax services to the extent of Circular 230 and the regulations thereunder as a federally authorized tax practitioner.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys fitness and discovering new music.
